[Resolved] Aircel — Pathetic customer service | |||
I have been trying to get my ISD refund from Aircel service (Rs.1500) for last 1.5 months. Very first response that my request is forwarded to concerned team and it will be resolved in 40 working days. After one month, I have requested to know the status, then i was mentioned to wait for 48 hours. Later, it is moved to concerned team, they will get back at the earliest. For everything, we are asking to send mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in and the response is pathetic and sick. Airtel and Vodafone are the best. Sick of Aircel service and customer service.
