[Resolved]  Aircel Postpaid — Network Problem

i am a postpaid user availing roaming facilities for the past 2 years.during december2008 i faced severe network problem in kolkata, ballygunge area and north kolkata.on the 27th ojf june'09 i again faced this problem between 19:20 hours and 21:41 hours between salt lake and ultadanga area..please look into this at earliest..

This is to inform you that our unit (choleeswarar spinning mills)situated at vellakovil.our unit working in 250 prepaid & 30 post paid connection at present.but no network communication &network problem in 45 days.complaint to inform your office& customer care but not resolved problem.pls solve the problem

I'm a Retailer, from the place named, I.VADIPATTY, ODDANCHATRAM[TK], DINDUGUL[DT].TAMILNADU[STATE].Here many customers are using our AIRCELL NETWORK.This is a big and poppulation, bussiness like crusher, poultry farm's, cattle farms's based area.And also some customers are willing for using CUG [Group numbers], in postpaid.But here we are facing lot of COVERAGE Problem, The customer's having some inconveniance for using our network.So please solve this COVERAGE problem and avoid the customer's from loosing our network, and SAVE the customer's with us.

I want to minimum charge plane monthly in postpaid conection but i want bill details outgoing & incoming calls details

AIRCEL is providing very worst service. WIthout knowing this I have taken 2 postpaid connection. Network coverage is very poor in and around Thuraipakkam (near my office). and I used to pay aircel bill online through airce.com but now AIRCEL has changed its website functionalities as well recently.

No propers FAQs or instructions are there to help the users. Even dont know how to get the postpaid bill through onliine. AIRCEL in brief VERY POOR IN ALL THE SERVICES

I did a online payment to a wrong number from my citi bank credit card. This number does not exist. Find the details as below:

Payment made Date – 18/01/2010

Credit card number – [protected]

Wrong Mobile No. – [protected]

Transaction Reference No – [protected]

Amount – 343

We have already informed this. There is no such significant response. Kindly look into this issue and revert the money back.

Let me know the status of the process. Looking forward for a positive response.

Note: Immediately after there is another transaction made to the correct number [protected].

I am dharamveer Singh since last 48 days i am complaing regarding poor netwirk prblem and no body is taking care of it . and avove all the cotmer care clousing the complain without attaing it.

aircel is really very very poor in network in Delhi. If you want to punish any bode kindly give him the Aircel connection free of cost your work is done.
