[Resolved]  Aircel / Postpaid To Prepaid Migration — Postpaid to prepaid migration

Hi,

Very poor consumer service from aircel.

Am jaiganesh from chennai & my mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. I have processed the migration form by the date 22nd April 2010 at Little mount office. They said that my line will get disconnected on 25th April 2010 since my billing date is 26th of every month. But till now they didn't process it, i called to customer care several times unfortunately all are providing the same answers that it will be processed. Since the migration from prepaid to postpaid is happening within 24hrs but reverting it you are taking this much of time..? (!). Am using aircel for past 8 years & feding up with this type of processes.

so many follow-up's done but they are not responding to anything.. They are ready to save the tigers but not there's customers..

I am using AIRCEL post paid connections. and now want to go for prepaid connection with out changing my number.

AIRCEL is saying that this facility is not available.

you have been using Aircel for a long time, u must be knowing about the procedures, the conversion process might take some time, I would suggest you to visit the Aircel store again and know the status of your rquest.

I have applied for postpaid to prepaid conversion 2 weeks back in aircel store perungudi, chennai.
There is no coverage for me for the last 4 days.I have made a mail complaint 2 days back but my problem not resolved.
I have contacted customer care, store(Perungudi, Chennai), but no use.I don't know where the problem is.The store persons not responding properly.
I have missed lot of important calls.The store persons promised me that the tower problem will be for 4 hours, but it is going more than 4 days.kindly

Don't go for migration in Aircel.Better change your network instead of going for postpaid to prepaid conversion in Aircel.They are following the technique of delaying purposely for 1 week or more than that to irritate the customers.So that in future we won't be going for migration.The worst customer service is Aircel.They will be convert prepaid to postpaid over night but for postpaid to prepaid, they only know the number of days for conversion.I am frustrated of Aircel customer service.

aircel is very very worst network compared to other network i can even change aircel postpaid to aircel prepaid.. now 5months completed even i cant change..

Dear sir, I am an aircell customer, I opt for a change from Post paid to Prepaid and approached Air cell office at RS puram office.The staff informed me that it will take one month for the conversion.I said ok and I paid my May 2015 bill and approached again and was informed that to settle the balance amount. I settled the balance amount after adjusting the deposit amount, but till date the conversion is not take place. .Kindly do the needful. Your service is very poor My cell no. Since my Aircel Bill amount is huge, this is not affortable to me to continue with postpaid plan so I request you to guide me how to convert the post paid plan to prepaid. Please treat it as urgent as I am not convinced with charging by Aircel bills.
