Aircel - Prepaid — Disconnection of Service by service provider

I have taken a prepaid connection - ( No. [protected]) from Kerala circle of Aircel.
The documents provided to obtain the connection along with the application were a self attested copy of my PAN card and the latest BSNL Land phone bill in original.
My connection was terminated after a week saying that the address proof is not sufficient.
The application form says that as ID proof PAN card and as address proof Telephone Bill can be submitted.
However, even after providing the documents as mentioned in their application document, my connection was terminated. When the customer care of the provider was contacted, they say that the address proof is invalid.
You are requested that the case may be taken up with the concerned and restore my connection.

As understood by me the verification process is something driven based on government and telecom regulatory norms. These are extremely stringent and the operators have to follow them strictly to avoid any kind of consequences. My suggestion to you in this particular case is to visit the nearest store and speak to the nodal officer – I am sure you would get a valid solution to your problem and your connection will be restored in no time…
