[Resolved] Aircel — Recharge not done | |||
I Recharged with Rs. 77 for Aircel Gsm. I have received a message said, Rs.77 received for Topup on my given no. Transaction successful oxitransid is[protected] and tid[protected]. and balance is deducted from my account but recharge is not done. when is called to customer care they said they did not received Rs. 77 for topup Now what I do???? sir,i recharge my aircel no.[protected] of rs.88 on 18 November 2011.i have transaction id also.when i complained to c.care executive they assured me to get my talk time in 48 hours.they gave me a complaint no.also.complaint no. is 1-[protected]. on 21 nov 2011,when i didn't get my balance i contacted to c.care executive they said that transaction id is wrong.transaction id is MP[protected]B47.Please solve my complaint as soon as possible.tell me about my complaint status at my e-mail id [protected]@gmail.com

I have raised a recharge for my AIRCEL Chennai number +91 [protected] on 23.12.08 for Rs.198 through ICICI Bank. But till now its not recharged or amount credited but in ICICI it says the transaction as Success.
