[Resolved] Aircel — Recharge related complaint | |||
ON 1/09/2012 I had asked my friend to recharge my aircel SIM of Rs100 ONLINE. Amount of money was deducted from his account that is rupees 100 but no recharge was there on my cellphone with aircel mobile service provider . this thing had happened to me twice in the past and i have lost rupees 300 in the past. i kindly request to look after my complaint and please get my 100 rupees only to my aircel sim. With this complaint i'm giving you the transcation ID of my recharge from SBI DEBIT CARD i.e;[protected] The message which i got was that >>> THANK YOU FOR USING YOUR SBI DEBIT CARD 622XXX4820 for a purchase worth of rs100 on POS[protected] at CCAVENUESMOTO txn #[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
