Aircel — theft of money

sir,
I have been recharged for 70.Rs full talk time, i used my balance for 5.Rs and the next day my account balance is just 6.Rs. We called to aircel customer care that it has been activated music.

we said that we didn't kept any anything and they said that it has been activated from january.

They took my money now and saying four months charges and there is no 4 months subscription in that aircel service.

full of fraud aircel pls dont choose aircel any one..

Aircel — cannot get my money

i buy two aircel sim from from my nearest shop
those are

those are gramin bikash sim, and i year validity and a offer is given that they give me rs 75 in divided 3
i mean rs 25 after three months
but they canont give me any talktime till now . i tell thish aircel customar care again and again.
but they cannot give me this

Aircel — false charge of dialer tune and harassment

Respected sir,
The charge of Dialer tune is taken which is activated on the prepaid connection (No- [protected] Aircel Kolkata) without my permission. I have informed to customer care executive on that day from that time more than two times. They informed me that it was actived by an OBD call which was promotional incoming call from network. But I am sure that I have not pressed any key to active on that call or any other. I, therefore, asked them which key I have pressed to active it. They were unable to inform. So, they demanded 72 hours to solve the query. The Complain no was P[protected] on 24th august 2009. After the next 72 hours I was not got any response. After 72 hours, again I have complained on that. Then, they informed me that the charge of the dialer tune should be returned within 72 hours and of cause the dialer tune should be deactivate. Again they gave complain no R[protected] on 27th august 2009. Again I was not got any response. After 72 hours again I have informed that then refused to return the charge. Then I told them that I should complain to consumer forum for this harassment. But till neither the charge is returned nor is the dialer tune deactivate. And over that the charge is taking in every day.
I, therefore, request you to kindly please inquiry on that to find the fault and after that help me to recovery the false charge from Aircel

It seems you are quite irritated by the whole issue. However I feel its too petty to worry about – you just need to visit the nearest AIrcel store and speak to the nodal officer there. I am sure he would look into this immediately. Do carry your complaint number for reference.

Aircel — caller tune have been subscribed automatically and charging rs 7 unnecessarily

Hope you have not by any chance or mistake said yes or opted for the service… if not just speak to the customer care and I am sure they would give you a quick solution..
I have recently PORT my Reliance mobile number ([protected]) to AIRCEL. A few days earlier I have a call from AIRCEL customer care, offering me 5000 SMS for one months. She gave me just one condition that I must have minimum balance of Rs49. She confirm me no any charge will be deducted from my mobile balance. But after two days I realize that they deduct Rs49/- from my account balance.

After that I call many times to the customer care. Every time they suggest me a different option.

Now I want to back my money.

I request you, please take a hard step to stop this kind of public harassment by the mobile operators.

Massive cheat!
I recharged for 70 full talk time yesterday but my balance now gone to zero.I am getting messages saying that I've subscribed for celebrity and money got deduced.I got subscribed to some caller tune also automatically and money is going in that too.Full of cheating

Aircel — Fraud SMS

Since a week, I am getting SMS from fraud mobile No.[protected](SMS centre.com) regarding winning LOTTERY. I am not able to understand that from where my Nos is detected from your data bank and more over which I do not like promo call. Requested to look into this matter and spam this nos to all concerned mobiles to reduce exploitation by like this frauds.
1st. Fraud

My phone number is [protected]. 12/03/2013 I got an SMS from DD-AIRCEL. Please find below the content of that SMS.

"You have been renewed for Aircel Video Club. You have been charged Rs.10.0 for 7 days."

Normally I ignored those SMS's which comes without number. Today when I noticed that SMS, I am very much surprised (As I haven't activated it but they have renewed it. What a joke ) and called your Customer care executive (198) and the customer care guy told me that "There is no activation information even in his system but it's not possible to refund my money as I have called after 2 days (As per Aircel policy). When I told him that share that policy with me then he replied rudely that it's not possible to share the policy and visit our office for further information. When I asked him to transfer my call to his supervisor then he transferred my call to another number but nobody picked up my call even after ringing for 1 to 2 minutes. Then again I called your customer care (198) but this time your customer care guy didn't pick up my call".

2nd. Fraud

Again[protected] I got another SMS. This time they have activated Aircel Music connect service. But this time I saw and called 198(Complain service) to unsubscribe the service and refund my money within 5-10 minutes. They replied me that they have created one complaint request and I will receive my money within 2 days. But 22nd March, I called again as I haven't received my money. This time they gave me a service request number (1-[protected]) and told me that I will definitely receive my money within 2 days. Till now there is no news of refund. So, today I called again but this time they told me it's not possible to refund as there is no request of refund against my complain. Then when I asked them to tell me the exact reason then she just drop my call without answering my question. I called again and this time also she cut the call without answering my question. I think this is the best customer care service of AIRCEL.

Now I want my money back.

I request you, please take a hard step to stop this kind of public harassment by the mobile operators.
I recharged with 198 rs as per aircel's pocket internet plan on sat 22/06/2013, and received 500mb of 3g. I exhausted my 500mb and still had some urgent work to do so again I recharged with 67 rs on 24/6/2013, however so far that recharge has given me nothing. The recharge was successful but I did not receive any 3g balance( should hv received 250mb). When I check with complaint dept. They told me they were having a system upgrade and I will receive my balance shortly. When I did not I called customer care/technical support this time and the guy with very poor english told me that despite my recharge he could not see any 3g balance on my account and asked me to contact complain dept on 198. Now whenever I try to speak to someone at 198 after an auto recording o[censored]seless offers I am told by the ivr that all agents are busy/heavy network traffic and my line is disconnected. So that means my 67 rs was stolen by Aircel and I cannot even ask for any assistance. And mover the 2g speed is also v v poor and there is nothing I can do. Bloody thieves is what they are.
