i use the aircel sim and i try to use my sim for internet connection but when i connect to my lap i cont connect because when i start connect they show" subcribe the pocket data first" massage what i do? help me

I requested for gprs connection thru sms and got rply back that i will get connection within 48 hrs, bt merely it crossed more than a month i hve not yet get the connection. The same thing happened to the mms service.I dnt knw what kinda service they are providing and also i beleive this complaint wld do smethng mre than the csr
I can't even send the sms to the number.
you'r company is the most worst company in the india.you have no care about the customer.you'r GPRS facility is totally waste of money. your customer care executive also fool.i did not access any internet facility till i recharge.about 20 complain i submitted in your center but they did not response although now they did not attempt my call. if you have no money then pls call me on [protected] i give you but never try to cheat the innocent people whom you provide service.your company is worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst.

Im manivannan frm bangalore, trying to connect internet to my computer through aircel gprs (pocket internet) frm past 10days im in this process, i unable to do it, i called to customer care regarding this no one is ready to help me out, all having less knowledge i.e every one knows how to do it with only windows XP, but im using windows 7 no one knows abt this, pls some one help me out in this and ill be thank full to you. thank you.

What is the trouble that you are facing because its not the same for all.. so something has to be wrong.. is your phone compatible with the settings? Never the less, you should try and get in touch with the nodal officer n your area, you can get the contact on the aircel website.. or just visit their store.. its quicker.

my name is siddarth.my no. is [protected].i have taken a aircel card and i activated a gprs of rs 98.on 1st of 8 days the speed is good than afer 8days it has been disconnected i have given complaint.they tell me there is network issue technical fault.after the last 5 days of due date of that gprs it works but speed is slow .regularly i given a compliant my due date is over.after i call customer care they tell me u r gprs due date is over.first u acyivate aservice than call i have started a service on 2nd day till to that i am calling now also but my service is not resolved they r telling me u r problem will solve at 48 hrs or 24 hrs but not aome time the gprs is diconnecting and the speed is opening for one page 8 to 10 minutes pls help me i am tired to given a complaint.i send a mail also to aiircel.pls help me to resolve the problem

Aircel - GPRS / Pocket Internet Service in Bihar

I recharged with Rs.98/- Pocket Internet Easyrecharge on 07/08/2009 after confirmation through Customer Care. Customer Care officer said "Yes sir it is working well" but today is 23/08/2009 and still i am trying to be connected through Aircel Pocket Internet.
I have complained so many times (almost daily) to Customer Care 121/ [protected], earlier they said it will rectify within 24 hours after 10 days they are saying it is happening due to network conjetion. and trying to rectify it.
But Aircel fail to rectify my problem yet.
I[censored] need aircel gprs settings for ur nokia 5130 then just send PI to 121.U'll recieve settings in 5-10 min.Bcoz even i am a user of the combination of aircel and nokia 5130
pls send me the gprs setting on my mobile either manual or sms i send everything for gprs setting but not received yet. my no is([protected])
Well….. U should get in touch with the nodal officer in your area and get your complaint forwarded through him… keep the previous complain nos. i[censored] have it, that wud help u for reference .
i cant connect it to my laptop it gives an error – “Error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated
