[Resolved] Airtel [protected] A/C15683537 — broadband speed decreasing on without downloading sanctioned data 5GB | |||
On repeated complaints from Oct 2011 every time my speed of 1Mbps is decreasing from 1st week of every billing period. Every billing period starts from 5th of every month.From 7th onwards company email starts as 80% data consumed on without used sanctioned quota of 5GB.On every complaint they are not in searching genuine reason.For your kind ref. attached a complaint email copy.
