[Resolved]  Airtel — 3G Broadband data service-Airtel the king of frauds

I had bought an Airtel 3G Data card after a non stop pestering from Airtel dealers. I have asked for the maximum tariff they have in Airtel and they said "For 1500 rupees 12.5 GB data free in 3G Speed and after that the speed limit will get down to 2G... It is an unlimited plan". I have asked them three to four times to confirm about the plan and everytime they told the samething. I got a shock once i bought the data card... It has been activated for 950 plan which comes with 6G data in 3G Speed. When i contacted the Airtel customer care about that,they casually told,there is no such plan for 12.5 GB Unlimited. I have asked then why they are promoting like that.. There is no proper answer from them for that.

My data card was activated on 15th April 2013. From Airtel they told you would get a minimum speed of 3.2 Mbps and a Maximum speed of 7.2 Mbps for 3G. But from day one i never got 3G Speed and even for opening a mail,it taking 45 seconds to one minute of time. For downloading 195 MB data it took 25 minutes. The maximum download speed i am receiving is not more than 60 Kbps,sometimes 128 kbps.

I have called customer customer nearly 10 times about the issue and filed a complained about it. They sent a person from Airtel to check the signal in my area. He came,checked the signal and said "you could never get 3G speed here. The maximum speed might be 512 kbps and sometimes it may reach 1 Mbps. They should never sell 3G service here". I was shocked to the core by hearing that. I again complained about it in Airtel. Some higher official from Airtel called me on 25th April 2013 morning and told "We are upgrading the signal in your area with a booster. It would take 72 hours for upgradation and then you will get full 3G Speed. Now its been 120 hours and my network speed becoming worse day by day.

Finally, I called the customer care on 29th April 2013 and told about the issue. They very cooly told there is no 3G service there,so you cant get 3G Speed. I have asked then why they gave me 3G connection? They replied you can disconnect your service anytime but you have to pay for the first month.

My question is

As a customer i definitely dont know whether they have 3G service here or not... But as a service provider "Airtel" should have known that already right? Then why should they sell it? Their only moto is to sell their 3G service even by fake promotions,even there is no site which provide 3G speed,even customer face a great dissatisfaction.

Now i have spent 1000 rupees on that useless 3G Data card. Who will pay it back?
I have called customer care many times and i am really tired about saying the same thing again and again. But no response from them at all. Finally they saying we have already told you that you wont get 3G speed there,but you only wished to continue the service. So its not our fault!!!

Do "Airtel" thinking customers as senseless ??? Who are they to play with my money?????????
And finally to hide their mistake they blaming me now.....!!!

Please take necessary action against them and stop their fraudulent activities and please please please save customers!!!!
