[Resolved] Airtel — 3G Connection | |||
I took a new 3G dongle from Navjyothi Electronics on 5th of April and so far this is not activated. When I took that connection, the retailer promised that it will be activated in two to three days. When I got in touch with AirTel, I got a very dry and negative response from AirTel in resolving this incident. I have escalated this couple of times with the escalation manager and even he was not able to show up a better behavior. Its been close to 11 days since I took the connection and there was no positive response from the AirTel CC. I am extremely dissatisfied about the service Airtel (may be with the retailer) has provided to me, if you ask me. Thanks Rakesh Was this information helpful? | |||
