[Resolved]  Airtel — 3G Data Card

I have purchased the airtel 3G data card and using it. After moving to my new resident located in Keelkatalai, Chennai, there was no proper internet speed even though it is 3G. When I contact airtel technical team, they have told there is no any tower for 3G in my locality and my data card will work on 2G connection. But I am paying for 3G plan. I contacted airtel bill payment team to have have my plan revised from 3G to 2G. They have forwarded the call to their supervisor but no one has attended the call. This happend twice and when I call AIRTEL COMPLAINT NUMBER 198 it is not directing to any executive to respond. What is the purpose of having complaint no 198? Either I don't need this connection any more or my plan must be changed to 2G so that I don't want to pay for 3G.

I LOST 3G DATA CARD LAST THREE MONTH BACK AS I WAS NOT USING EVEN THOUGH I USE TO PAY THE BILLS THINKING THAT THIS WILL GET DEACTIVATE, AS NOW FOUR MONTHS HAVE COMPLETED NO RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL BHARTI PVT LTD, I REQUEST TO MAKE DEACTIVATE MY NUMBER AND PLEASE TO MAKE REFUND MY THREE BILLS AMOUNT SINCERELY, SO THAT I CANNOT MOVE FORWARD TO MAKE COMPLAINT IN ARTICLES OF DECCAN NEWS AND TIMES NEW FOR GRAHAK SEVA.
