[Resolved] Airtel 3G Data Card — extra bill | |||
I have 1250 Rs/month plan which has 12.5 GB free usage. After this usage, I should be charged 3 ps / 10KB. i.e. 3 Rs/1MB. Start date of my bill is 20th and end date is 19th. According to messages received from airtel service 121, my monthly usage is as follows. April : 13019.79 MB (Status on 19th April) May : 12536.67 MB (Status on 19th May) So, exceeding usage is 519.79MB for April and 36.67MB for May. Thus, My total extra bill should be 1668 Rs for 2 months. But according to customer care, my bill is much 11233Rs for 2 months. I have sent a mail regarding this 5 times to nodal officer. I am getting same reply again and again that "Your usage is ..... with detailed calculations". But these fellows are not understanding my question. Even though their usage is correct, I should have got correct intimation o[censored]sages. I have checked usage regularly (almost daily) and sent them logs too. On the last day a night i have checked usage and it was 13.07 GB and 12.56 GB respectively. According to them it is 14.7 and 14.5 GB. How can there be a difference of 2 GB. No one can accept this. I am not the one who wrote program to get the usage.....these are airtel fellows ......its only their mistake.....why should i pay the extra bills I am seriously frustrated.......
