[Resolved] Airtel — 3G data card (USB stick) not working | |||
This is regarding the postpaid numbers [protected] using for 3G internet connection.From last 8 days my Internet is not working. When I Dial it shows connection terminated. From 8 two days I am made several calls to airtel Internet customer care and postpaid customer care but I am not getting any valid response from them. Some times they saying my number falls in east UP and telling me to call another customer care and some times they saying system is not working. Even worst is ,they are refusing to give any complaint number. I tried to register my complaint online on airtel web site but it says service is not workking try again latter.Even I mail my complaint on 'Airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com'; '[protected]@in.airtel.com' but no response.Now I donot know where to put my complaint ? Airtel — My USB data card is not working
My USB data card is not working at my resident place from last two weeks. I'm still awaiting for some action taken to solve the same but still there is no action what so ever from Airtel team. They say will take 4-5 days, now even after two weeks problem is there as it was.My airtel USB no. [protected]
