Airtel 3G Service — 3g data pack give 2G speed

My mobile number is[protected]. I subscribed airtel 2gb 3G data pack; however I received message from air tel " You have consumed 100% of the built in 3G speed for your airtel mobile .Speed is now revised.For continued 3G speed SMS 3G to 121 and select a 3G pack "

It is frustrating. I am getting speed of 50 kbps on first day of recharge. Pathetic service by airtel. Customer care person also not able to understand the issue.

i also got the same message from airtel the second time on my mobile number [protected]. "you have consumed 100% of built in 3g speed, speed is now revised, inspite of having 210mb of 3g data. i am fed up of airtel 3g and customer care is note able to resolve my problem.
