Airtel — 3G speed problem

I have made recharge of RS 250 for 1GB of 3G data on 22 sep 2012 at 12:52pm and transId [protected]. I got 1024 mb data. but when I am browsing/downloading I get only 75kbps speed. i regestered complaint through [protected] and they told me to fix the problem till 27 sep but when today I make call they said no complaint has been registered and further increase the date till 4th oct 2012.sir please help me MY airtel mobile number is [protected].
