[Resolved] Airtel 3G Usb Modem — NOT RESPONDING TO THE COMPLAINT | |||
Respected Sir, I have purchased a Airtel 3G modem before 2 months,i had used it for 1 week after that no recharge coupon is accepting in that sim.i hav even insered that sim 2 my mobile nd tried 2 recharge it may time but failed it says "service class change violation".i had contacted customer care for more than 2weeks frequntly,even today no respond from there side they are playing with me.Each time i call them they will give me another no 2 call and even i have called that no they are are making me 2 call the same no again and again like a cirlcular chain,and even cuting my call.nw im unable 2 use there service since 1month.PLZ HELP ME.
