[Resolved] Airtel 4G — Activation not done even after 7 days | |||
I purchased a 4g sim and a dongle from an airtel sales representative on 19th of Sep. He said that the activation will be done in maximum of 3 days. It has been more than 7 days and even the address verification is still not. If I go to the Airtel office (Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore, Karnataka) and ask them to return my money, they behave very rudely and refuse to take the device back. I have called more than 5 numbers and everybody redirects to some other person. On 23rd Sep, when I again went to the office to check the status, they say my details are not found in the system. This is insane.
