[Resolved]  Airtel 4G — Airtel 4 G connection not activated.

Dear Sir, This is regarding the activation of new 4G postpaid connection, which was bought on 29/09/2013 .but till date the connection is not activated . Number given is [protected] . The worst thing is that the person from whom it is bought is not responding . Later it is been told that as it comes out of city limit there is no service given . Before he visiting our place address details were given, at that point of time did he not know that Nelamangala comes out of city limit. Since that time I have been constantly doing the follow up with Mr.Santosh but no response. Now that I am in the dilemma that the dongle which is given to me is waste as the connection is not activated . I have paid Rs 1790/-. without any service. Really I cant belive Airtel gives such a service to the customers.Regret to say so. Please look into the matter and revert back ASAP. Have already wasted lot of time energy and peace of mind .
