[Resolved] Airtel — 4G-LTE connection not available for 2 months but charging money

For the last 2 months I am not able to use the 4G connection but they are charging me. Nowadays they are calling me continuously to pay Rs 3300. I had to pay 2500 Rs to by a airtel dongel to use the number [protected](my airtel postpaid number). No actions at all from airtel. Complain no 51797226 was lodged on 20th July 2013. No action taken at all. Lots of complains and mails written but they are playing a fool of me. Kindly Help. Thanks and Regards, Snehasish [protected]
