[Resolved]  Airtel 4G — regarding bill payment

Hi m G.U:Somanna ...... Actually m here to inform u tat i had taken a airtel 4G connection in august month n from the day one i wasnt able to use it properly coz the connection was not gettin connected n from the day one i had been giving complaint on this to the customer care more dn 5 to 10 times but not even a executive have come home to solve the problem nor they responded for my complaints dn later i called them n told them to disconnect it as i don wanna continue wit the connection so they told fine n they took the modem n refunded the money of the modem n also told me not to pay the bill incase if i recieve but after a long time like 3 to 4 months they suddenly sent me a bill n i told tat m not suppose to pay as i ve been told to do so n now all of a sudden they ve sent me a legal notice so wat should i do n more over m not in position to attent the court n my airtel 4G no is [protected] n my account no is [protected]n the outstanding amount they ve sent is 1690 so plz help me out in this thank u .....

This is regarding Airtel 4G connection and unjustified bills for Mobile number [protected] bearing Account number [protected]. I know that there is some outstanding amount pending from my side, but that is not 2480.15/-, the reason why i am saying this, because i could not use your services properly due to bad network connectivity and which is also accepted by your technical team that in my area services/towers were down for more than 25 days. This i have informed to your customer care multiple times, that why i have been asked to pay the amount for the services which i have not used?

I hope you will understand below points and help in getting this closed as soon as possible:-

First of all, i never said i am not going to pay the amount. The only point is i am ready to pay the amount for the services which i have used. I hope you are with me on this. The services which i have not used due to Airtel's technical problem, why i have been charged for that?
Please check my payment history which i have been paying it on regular basis till 17th Jun, The day when i called up your customer care and asked them to temporarily cancel my services since i will out of country and will not be using this for another months. Customer care agreed saying that 150/- will be deducted and then services will be discontinued.
But, then also i can see, in Jul bill 449.44/- being charged (150/- + some 250/- monthly charges). Why this monthly charges once i have requested for discontinuation of services. Similarly happened for Jul and Aug month they have charged some amount with late fees. Why is this late fees once i have discontinued the services. Discontinuation of services means that i should not be able to use the services.
Please do all these calculation once again and request you to remove that late fees component and the time period for which your services were down.
I have called up your customer care to disconnect the services multiple times but this has not been done till date. Which is very disappointing.
Let me know the final amount what has to be paid from my side, which i am ok to pay. There is no issues at all in that.
Even i want to get it closed as soon as possible.
If you want i can forward you the mail chain which i have been exchanging with your Nodal officer.
Anticipating a positive reply from your side to get it closed please.
