Airtel — 500 MB & 184rs deduction in 24 hrs | |||
Dear Airtel team, I am mailing this with ref to below details. Ref no. CBDMO[protected] 24.05.13, 14:25 As mentioned in subject I had data useage & as well as currency witjh in 24hrs both was consumpted. The justification given by ur team is due to 3G active in ur I9300 Galaxy S3 mobile. This seems like explaining to a person who is not aware of techno. See I was using S2 I9100 from 09.05.13 to 22.05.13 where 3G was active this phone also. In 13 days I had used 500MB, How can another 500MB & 184rs got deducted in 24 hrs. When I asked question like how much data was leftout on 23.05.13 ur team was not able to provide details. Floor manager says that i[censored] had some MB/KB left I would re-issue ur balance & data useage. See what ever it had happened doesnt matters to me . " I NEED MY BALANCE BACK WITH DATA LEFTOUT".
