[Resolved] Airtel — [protected] Overbilling and Wrong Plan activation | |
irresponsible attitude of Vishal Madhukar from Corporate Sales has led us into a lot of trouble. This number is being used by our CEO and we had contacted Vishal when the CEO was in Turkey and wanted a data pack plan for international usage. we were given the details of the plan and the same was activated in time. Later when we got the bill, we saw that despite the rental for the plan being charged, the free usage was not provided for. We were overbilled by Airtel. We have been in touch with this gentleman since more than 10 days now and looking for a resolution but to no avail. He is most unhelpful and rude too.
Need a reversal of all extra amount and an apology for such behaviour. Was this information helpful? | |
