[Resolved]  Airtel — account balance debited rs. 75

Sir my airtel prepaid mobile no. is [protected] . My account balance has been debited with Rs. 75 on 4 November 2012. by the automatically activation of "premium channel pack". I have tried several times to contact with customer care but I couldn't connect.
So I request to you please send Rs. 75 to my account balance.
