[Resolved] Airtel — Activation of micro SIM | |||
Hello, I have taken a micro SIM[protected] 8 H3) on 12th of Nov from Air-tel Store, Pothuri Complex, MG Road, Vijayawada-1 by submitting all the relevant documents. I was asked to wait for 8 working hours to get the SIM activated. I called up the customer care to know the status of the activation after 8 woring hrs they asked me wait till 16th of Nov i.e. for 4days to get the SIM activated. I waited till 17th Nov i.e. today and called up again to know the status but they said that their systems are getting upgraded & they cannot tell the status. I called up 4 to 5 times for the same query and every time they say that their systems are getting upgraded and moreover the customercare support persons speaks very rude without giving the proper information. I was still speaking on the call customercare person(Priyanka) has disconnected my call. When I was asked to wait for 8hrs by airtel store people, why the customer care person are making delay in activating the SIM. Please help me in the above issue.
