Airtel — add on card in my name without my permission or request

Dear Sirs,
I have a post paid airtel connection[protected] since July 2000 when it was with Sky Cell itself. I never requested an add on card and nor I submitted any application in this regard. But I received a communication recently that some number is allotted to me as an add on card and I was not aware of the same. The charges for that number([protected]) is also added to my mobile number and I have been paying the same for a long time I understand this evening when I went to Sastri Nagar Airtel office in Chennai.
I tried to reach that particular number but it was coming as switched off.
I would like the authorities to look into this matter urgently and reply me writing. Failing to receive a positive reply will force me to take a legal action against Airtel as it is a herculean task to get their customer care number even after 10 times.

Airtel — Request start without my permission

Today i have a message from ‍this number "[protected]". And i don't reply any thing. But after few hours my mobile credit will be deducted by Rs. 30. and a message will be received from 543216. I that message, "Your airtel Friendz Chat ID is 0.You are charged Rs 30 for 30 days.Win diamond ring on valentine.Call/SMS 543216 Rs2/min.Unsub call 54321600 tollfree".

What is this? The money was deducted from my balance without i subscribe any service.
Refund my money in my cell number.
Ya its 100% true in airtel. Even it happen to me and to many of my friends. Always airtel charging money from our main balance if once we received the automated call from airtel. Eventhough we cut the call within 2 sec after hearing the computer generated voice, they used to charge us rs.15 or rs.30 based on the call we attend. If we contact customer care means, they used to tell that we only pressed the corresponding key for charging the money. Its highly irresponsible act from airtel. These problems arise if we attend the calls regarding hello tunes, airtel radio subscription, etc...also they used to set hello tune by themselves and charging from us by telling that we only select that song. See we know whether we select any song by pressing * and 9 or not, but they used to tell that because you press only, we are charging. Someone stop this idiotic thing from airtel...
