I want to register a complaint against airtel that i got large amount of bill Rs 429 and when i called airtel customer support, they told me that we have changed your plan and free msgs are not allowed on other numbers and you can send msgs to airtel only. Its a pwd plan. And without any information given to me, how can they change the plan. When i talked to tham, they said that they sent me a sms regarding change of plan but i have not recieved a single msg from airtel. I have more connections running under same address and same
But on all the numbers, i had not recieved any msg.
I just want to say that either airtel should waive off the extra charges made by tham without informing me or i will not pay the bill and will disconnect all the numbers. Was this information helpful? |
