[Resolved] Airtel — against customer care & offers | |||
From 9 years i am using airtel number i am not satisfied from bihar & jharkhand c.care service as they can't able to solve the simple issue they just make fool by saying that " i am transferring your call to there senior after 20 min senior pick the call and give a bad solution for that problem which i have already done for that call i have to pay 6 to 10 rupees with no solution is this type of service i will get from airtel kindly ans. me. Another thing is that in bihar & jharkhand circle airtel give us the common offers as compare to other state why we are not paying the money or other state pay more if this will be sitution i have to portable my number to another network Kindly solve these issue Was this information helpful? | |||
