Airtel — Problem with Airtel Prepaid Network Selection | |||
Dear Customer Care Executive, This is Atul Nivrutti Kawale, an Airtel prepaid customer (+91-[protected] --> Gujarat Circle). I have been using this service for almost last 1.5 years. In September 2011, I moved out of India for about 3-4 months for the same I asked at several Airtel Customer Centres regarding activating or deactivating issues with the SIM for I would be disconnected mostly for these months. They all said me there would be no problem at all. Further, when I was in Denmark, I could use my SIM during the initial few days by selecting some local network (Telia DK). Now, I am unable to do so, when I try to manually select the network, it is rejecting every network. I am worried if my SIM is deactivated or something like that. I need the number active urgently as I am also returning to India soon. Please help in this regard. I had written about this problem to your helpline ID atlease twice but did not get any feedback from them. However I received a acknowledgement mail saying that will be replied within 24 Hrs. It took you over a week to take the complaint...and when will you resolve the same...it is one week past when you have noted the complaint and still no response. Will you respond after you loose the customer. This is hell of a trouble as I am returning home (India) in 4-5 days and would require my SIM in working condition urgently...
