behavior of collection telicaller behavior of collection telicaller very rude behaving from airtel retention department this sameer shaikh my mobile number is +91 [protected] i am airtel postpaid customer (airtel gujarat,ahmedabad) since last 2.5 years, i feel very Emberrsed since yesterday from your retention department (bharti house,ahmedabad) i am reguler bill payee customer since i started my service from airtel,i never faced this problem so i have to contact to you but this time i .. yesterday 27 - march - 2011 i got call from my client (client is thired party person) +[protected] mr kadir shaikh ,"he told me that i got call from[protected] number and one lady talk to me about your bill due and your service will stop weather you are not going to pay your bill' , and she using some miss language about you and your brother mohsin shaikh" mohsin shaikh is my brother he is doing marketing all over india he came my home after 20 days we lost some money more amount of money in our business so he is very frustuate so he taking rest ate sunday -27-march-2011 sudunly he got call from[protected] RETENTION DEPARTMENT ,BHARTI HOUSE AHMEDABAD ,lady talking about payment due and she say we are going to disconnect your service and using some non professional wordwith calling mohsin got lost his temper and using some words because he is very tired and frusted, (generaly we are not handling any call at sunday time) MISTAKAE (MY PROBLEM) 1 ) SHE HAS USE MY CALL DETAIL AND DIRECTLY TALK TO MY CLIENT ABOUT MY AIRTEL SERVICES,PAYMENT,AND ALL THE THING WHICH WE CAN NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTY HOW CAN SHE TALK TO DIRECTLY MY CLIENT ......MY CLIENT DO NOT AWARE ABOUT ANY THING MAN THIS IS UNKNOWN PERSON SO SHE GOT DAMAGE MY REPUTATION ON MY CLIENT & SHE HEART ME MY PERSONAL 2 ) HOW CAN SHE TALK TO ANY POSTPAID CUSTOMER ON SUNDAY ABOUT HIS BILLING AND BILL PAYMENT DETAIL IF SHE WANT TO TALK ANY ABOUT SHE CAN TALK ANY WORKING DAY AND I KNOW THAT I NEVER GOT CALL ON SUNDAY FROM YOU SITE NOTE : SHE HAS USED WORD ON CALL -TERI MAA SE ,TEREY BAAP SEY AAISE BAAT KARTEY HAI,TUMAREY KHANDAN MAIN AAISE BAAT KARTEHAI,GHAR PEY AAPKO TAMIZ NAHI HAI, SO AND SO.. so plz take an action for this kind of rude behavior executive and department kindly reply WEBMATRIX mohsin shaik / sameer shaikh +91 [protected] / +[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

HOW CAN SHE TALK TO DIRECTLY MY CLIENT ......MY CLIENT DO NOT AWARE ABOUT ANY THING MAN THIS IS UNKNOWN PERSON

I want to take legal complaint against Airtel.
I am getting calls from this [protected] This guy is threatening me that he will call all the contacts of mine and will damage my image. He has already contact 6 people of my contact and damaged my image. .
Please can anyone come to my help.
Can someone help me out ... Iam being mental harassed and my image has been damaged.
