[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Balance Deduction | |||
I have been having a very bad experience with my Airtel Prepaid Number [protected].... Airtel has been deducting INR 3.00/- everyday from my prepaid number under VAS.SubContest... When tried to stop the service using *121# or even calling 121, I get a message that i don't have any VAS services activated on my number... Attached are the screenshot of messages from Airtel. Can i get a prompt response on this as this is the height of cheating!!!!! I have never enabled any VAS service on my mobile... It looks like after Airtel had recharged my account with a free balance from account 40150015 and now they are just deducting all the amount using this bad practice...
