Airtel — Airtel Broadband generating bill eventhough i requested for cancellation | |||
Hi sir, This is Sunitha from Bangalore.I was having an Airtel Broadband connection from last 2 years. After 2 years I asked for transfer of connection to different address.It got shifted. After that I asked for cancellation of Broadband service in the month of February 2012.I paid the total outstanding amount 2779 (Invoice no:[protected] and reference no: 421467 ). and sent an email to airtel stating the same. I informed the same to customer care too.But they did not cancel the service and keep on generating the bill and yesterday I received lawyer notice for the same.Why should i pay the bill even i informed Airtel to cancel it.
