Airtel — Airtel deduction for activating some live aarti service

Even after calling to customer care 'n' times, my problem has not been resolved yet. I requested to deactivate my aarti live on 11th september 2012, my call forwarded to mr. Anas ahmed bearing reference no:[protected]. As per the request mr. Ahmed told me that your aarti live service has been deactivated which I never wished to activate. Now in my this billing cycle my bill is again raised with the charges, now on calling the customer care they provide me some number which is only showing a busy tone, and they also said we cant deactivate your service from our end. Now, my question is this why there is two way communication. This is a good way from corporate to pull out money from customers. I want airtel to take strict action against mr. Anas ahmed for misguiding me and also give me waiver on my bill. This mail will reflect on several consumer forum.
