Airtel — Airtel Internet broadband not working for a week | |||
Hi, I have not had internet at my place since Jul 14, 2012. I had complained earlier that landline + internet is not working (req no[protected]. This req no was open until yesterday - someone came to my apartment on 16th July, ran a check with his modem and said the problem will be solved by tonight. I still do not have internet at my place. From that day I have been calling Airtel everyday and they say the same thing again and again. They say someone will call me by 9 am the next day and the problem will be solved. That never happens! Today, when I called customer care in the morning, they said, the problem has not been solved since the complaint was in the 'landline' category, so he registered another complaint (req no.[protected]. He said I will get a call at 3 pm today regarding this - that did not happen! I called again: this time the person said, I will get a call by 5 pm regarding this...it is past 5 pm and I have got no call. This only shows how incompetent, inefficient and useles people are at airtel customer care are! Can you tell what is going on here? I want this problem solved as soon as possible. At least have the courtesy to let me know what the status of the problem is! IF YOU DO NOT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BY END OF THE DAY TODAY- OF COURSE I WILL CANCEL MY AIRTEL CONNECTION.
