Dear Airtel, I hope you remember me and would be able to recall our discussions a year back on the poor services by Airtel! Just to site another example, I hd lodged a complaint with your call center on 13th March 2012 at 22:59, ticket #: [protected], which was to be attended on the 14th March 2012 by 10:30m. I called again as a follow up to this complaint and I was informed by yoru agent Vijay Bhargava that your engineer Rakesh had attended the complaint on the 14th March 2012 at 09:16am and he had met my wife......just to inform you, my wife is a working women and leaves the house by 8:00am every morning and I leave fo work around 09:30am or so.....Rakesh had closed the ticket on his own and your call center agent refused to pass the call to the supervisor as I wanted to escalate the matter! Needless to say, I strongly believe that Airtel services are absolutely useless and good for nothing! If this is the treatment metted to an ex-employee (I havd worked with Airtel for 4 years approx). then, don;t know what would be happening to all those innocent people who have been duped by your sales team to sign up for the services and pay a good amount each month to Airtel. I repeat my complaint with dumb company like Airtel which has not even cared to respond to my complaints.Very recent complaints was reported on 1st Oct., 2011, wherein it is a claim for not providing services on IPTV and BROADBAND DUE ITS DEAD EXCHANGE.The venue of the complaint is PASCHIM VIHAR and the number is [protected].

It is requested that esteemed company like AIRTEL should at least have the cortesy to respond to its four year old customer.

Bharti Airtel — Charging Bills without providing services on IPTV AND BROADBAND
Dear Sirs,I have been complaing regarding non availability of services / the goes dead all of sudden and still the company is claiming payment. FOR WHAT? For not providing services to the consumers.I have been after it from FEB.2011 onwards that system of AIRTEL WENT DEAD , despite of many complaints the company is claiming bills over the phones and without sending hard copy of the bills.
Got a call from the call center of the company that problem has been resolved but I have not received any letter or bill stating clarity on the subject of the claimed amount of Rs.9000/=
It is therefore again requested to resolve the problem and let me have the response by my corrected email.
