Airtel — Airtel is not cancelling my Broadband connection and keep on generating bills | |||
Sir, I had given a request for cancellation of airtel number: [protected] on 3rd Feb 2012 which I have taken in the name of Palette Architects and Interiors Pvt. Ltd. I was told that I have to pay for another seven more days, as it will take seven days to cancel the service. Next five days i got around six calls asking for the reason to cancellation. I got bill for March 2012 and April 2012. I called your customer care on 17th April 2012 again and raised another request. My request no was 14301466. One executive called me after that and offered me shift this connection to any of my friends and relative for free of cost. I went to Airtel relationship office and came to know that you don't accept Airtel mobile bill as address proof. so i dropped that idea and when the executive called i conveyed the same to him and request him to do the needful to cancel the service. Still bills are getting generated and your executives are calling on a regular basis. I have to explain the whole story to them, next time another executive call and I have to repeat everything to them. This has become a nuisances now. I have been facing more or less similar issue, i have a reported a complaint here also. Airtel is one of the biggest fraud. I have an Airtel Mobile Connection which i'm planning to port to some other service provider. They take your instruments and ask you to pay the bills which are generated after they take your instruments.
