I have charged Rs25 without any prior information thereafter also there is no any msg or call about why does it charge? and when i m calling on customer care center they just saying that system is not updated call after 24 hrs my airtel mobile no is [protected] & my complaint reference no is [protected]. I need refund but there is no reply from company & i have suffered this type of problem more than 2to3 times.
my mobile no.is[protected]. i download game at 5:25pm ; at 21oct 2008. i charged 50 rupees. my balance cuts, game not download.

121 takes 1 minute or more to tell your bill amount, then says you pressed wrong buttons, asks you to dial 198, then asks you to SMS Airtel to 121. Dial 198 and they ask you to call 121.
Their 121 customer service is now totally useless. It is for telling you your outstanding amount only.
