The same is happening to me also. I need a fast remedy to get rid of this cheating exercise. Please help in case anyone has the unsubscribe method known.
I have been charged similarly everyweek and inspite of repeated complaints this has not been resolved.
My phone number is [protected].
Please disable the services from my account immediately.
I have raised multiple complaints about the same and was told that this is not theier service and they cannot disable.
When I have not enabled the service, how do you charge.
I have asked for proof that I have enabled the services and an SMS for the same.

hello guys, even im facing the problem, by now i kinda got used to it, i might've lost more than 200rs by now with those regular msgs, i seriously feel that this complaint has to be taken to a higher level. if even has been able to solve this issue plz plz plz ''Let me knw'' . I'm also facing the same problem, they have activated the same service on my mobile([protected]) and after frequent complaints they never stops it, every week they deduct 20 Rs. from my a/c.

I talked to Airtel cust. care and as per them this service is deactivated but the deduction of Rs.10 is not stopping even after getting the messege of reversal of my money ut bill paid shows total amount including the Rs.10/per week.

I am also facing the same problem and Rs10/- getting deducted on regular basic.
I never activated this service and looks like Airtel is doing this perposefully.
I have logged my complint through [protected]@airtelindia.com.
customer case number is not helpful after tyring for 15 min. recoding message is not giving related information.

Surprised quick service from Airtel.
In the morning itself I have drafter my complaint to [protected]@airtelindia.com.
And mentioned to deactivate the service and credit the due amount which is deducted.
I received acknowledge mail with in 15 min. with unique ref. no.
And after 3 hr. I got another mail in which they have mentioned that they have deactivated the service and due amount is credited to my balance.
I have checked my balance and the amount is already credited.
Thanks for the quick resolution.
My experience with [protected]@airtelindia.com is very good.(though 121 customer care no. is not useful due to repeated recoding message).
