[Resolved] Airtel — AIRTEL MOBILE Complaints - AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION OF VALUE ADDED SERVICE WITH OUT REQUEST | |||
I am A subscriber of Airtel Prepaid Mobile and my mobile Number is [protected]. today night I recd a msg from AT-AIRINF stating that "Thank you for choosing SUPER4_15 on your airtel mobile. you have been charged Rs.15 for 15 days and your account balance post charging is Rs.18.24 at 03:25." Actually I had not sent any request for any value added service. Kindly do the needful to stop the va service and to credit the amount deducted from my account towards the above service. Airtel Mobile — Automatic activation of service
Airtel, activate the paid services on their own for a month and asks the subscriber to deactivate the same. If the subscriber does not perform any action, airtel charges the customer and the customer services representatives are very rude and do not help the subscriber.
