Airtel — Airtel Money Account Deduction | |||
Hi, My cell phone number is [protected]. I have activated Airtel Money Account in the same connection and had submitted my documents in the Airtel Relationship Center , Madhapur , Hyderabad. They charged me instantly with 100/- cash as processing fees which I had to pay. Later again 50/- got deducted from my Airtel Money Account. Two weeks have gone by and when I tried to do one transaction they are telling me " No KYC Customer " , I tried to reach out the airtel customer care who very sadly are not much conversant in english and are trying to convonce me something or the other in Telegu which I am struggling to understand. Finally , I got the point that they want me to resubmit my documents and I did the same at the same Relationship Center , Madhapur. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

AirTel — MONEY DEDUCTION FROM MOBILE PHONE
Dear Sir/Mam,My mobile number is [protected].My Mobile Service Provider is AIRTEL.In this number,after every 2-3 seconds, continually,Rs 0.30 is deducting from[protected].I have complained to the customer care support, according to them facebook is being used from this mobile number. Deduction cont..while talking to them wd d same mobile but neither they were able to disconnect d usage of facebook nor able to trace d id wd which facebook has been login. [i have recharged it on 8th Oct of Rs.500]
Kindly rectify this problem & refund my money.
