Airtel — AirTel Online Recharge systems is fraud

I recharged my airtel no. of amount 533 online through www.airtel.in they deduct my amount from my debit card but they did not recharge my no. I called them so many times they said that they are not responsible for online recharge. I am unable to understand if they are not responsible then why they are giving us on line services. I want to aware all the people don't trust airtel .in this is fake. they are making fool.
