Airtel seems to be running Bullock cart mode....Its 3 weeks now and the internet is not up yet....[protected] Airtel seems to be running Bullock cart mode, so lethargic, it’s pathetic to see them slower even than BSNL Its 3 weeks now and the internet is not up yet. Took more than 2 weeks to fix the phone. Was this information helpful? | |

First this connection was dead for 3 weeks, now they are charging for the dead phone.
Now I am writing to them regularly for last 2 weeks on this matter, no response despite their promises to address this within 3 days time period.
This is the kind of reply they send after several reminders.
Their resposne is as follows a while back : From: [protected]@in.airtel.com [mailto:[protected]@in.airtel.com]
