[Resolved]  Airtel, Airtel SIM Miss Use By Other Person — my no. using other unknown person

i am sumit kumar from varanasi and my full address is D 62/42 SONIA NEAR SONIA POKHARA SIGRA RAOD VARANASI U.P.-221010 MY CELL No. is [protected](AIRTEL) and i am also useing a other No. of airtel and no. is [protected].
01 sept., 2010 Mr. ALOK KUMAR FROM AIRTEL OFFICE EMPLOYEE, VARUNA BRIJ VARANASI AIRTEL SHOWROOM, come to my office and i pay my one bill and i am saying converted this postpaid no. [protected] in prepaid as soon as posible. but my one bill is unpaid then he says ki aapko ye bill hum wave off karwa denge, then i am say ok.

15 sept., 2010 i am calling to alok regarding my this no. for converting in prepaid but Mr. alok saying, sir i will give u ur new sim with life time recharge on before 03 nov., 2010.

today 04 nov., 2010 i am just trying to call my this no. then my no. is activated n other person pik up the phone n says this my no. and i am buy last 2 days before. this no. alloted me by my name and address so why using other person without my permission and without my knowledge its totally
frowd.
so please block this no as soon as possible and give me bleary fiction regarding this metter
