[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Website Builder Queries not responding Customer Care | |||
On 23 August, 2012 suddenly my website not running and its free service provided with my airtel broadband services which i pays rs.1100 per month also PC Secure but i haven't used it because i use linux, i complaint to airtel website builder team and they given me [protected]@airtelwebsitebuilder.com and i have emailed every things related to my account but now they are not responding to my query/email(s) i have searched nodal and appellate officers email they assured me that with in 24 Hrs it will be resolved but now its been 2 weeks for same problem no one replying and when i call to 121 or 198 customer care they say that these query not in our hand they given me no. [protected] but no one picking that phone where do i go now and who will resolve my problem as its my business website i am loosing my business day by day and airtel not responding to any query/email(s) i am totally frustrated with that company. And i am decided to discontinue my broadband services from airtel and not giving any single Rupee even if any outstanding bills are there as i having proofs of those emails to show them, if they claim anything to me so i will sue them to court as that "They are the worst broadband company" in the world, and i will do that because lots of people facing problems with airtel. Airtel in Nigeria is poor.
I subscribed for the 3 months BB data plan commencing in November 2012. This is 19th December 2012 and my BB service was deactivated with out my consent.
I have spoken to 5 customer service representatives having made 20 calls to their automated line 111.
No one has rectified my issue but they keep asking me to call back. "what a funny customer service section".
Well, This is the festive sesason and I can see how Airtel has crippled my communication.
