Airtel — Illegal Forced Subscription | |||
I recieved this SMS "You have been renewed for full track subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 5" on 9th, 10th, 12th 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, And I think this will go on everyday. I NEVER subscribe this thing and when I tried to stop it, It says" Service Unavailable". Airtel — Forced services billed illegally
Airtel has evidently shared my number with a add-on service provider and without my having requested, they have started sending me messages which are being billed to me. The service is "jokes" and number it has come from is 543212. They are charging Rs 15 per month for a service that I do not want.I have attempted number of times to complain to Airtel at 121, but they disconnect the call rather than connect with a person.
They should immediately stop this service. My number is [protected].
