Airtel — Extra charging without changing the hello tune though i have activated the DNB service I got the call from airtel [protected] for hello tune promotion

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel mobile with no [protected] more than 3 yrs.
I have already activated the Do not Disturb service though I got the call from airtel [protected], as i was not able to hear I disconnected the call and try to call back assuming as business call but I came to know that it was from airtel promotional call for hello tune.So I disconnected the call in just few seconds I got the message syaing that your hello tune has been changed and that cost me RS 15.

Airtel is taking customer on grant,I have faced so much tension because of this please take action on this and the charges should not display in my bill.
