Airtel — Mobile Number-[protected] | |||
Airtel has been delivering a poor service to activate my airtel mobile number [protected]. They have disconnected the number without prior notice and when verified asked me submit documents. I have submitted the documents couple of times once at Airtel outlet in Habsiguda on Sep 24th, 2011 and second time at Airtel main branch in Splendid towers, Begumpet on Oct 1st,2011. Both the times, the representatives confirmed the number would be activated within 2-3 business days but that did not happen. I tried calling customer care at 198 nearly 15 times but of no use. As per my last convestation with Airtel personnel at 125 on Oct 14th, 2011 the number was promised to be activated within 4hours but till date there is no action taken. Please help me to resolve this matter and all your support is highly appreciated. Was this information helpful? | |||

customer care service is sooooooooo poor.. if you deduct any amount further i am going to take a serious action on this and you will be taken to consumer court...pls keep in mind that i'm not an illiterate...i am v.highly educated. airtel is deducting money from my a/c for no reason..i want you to credit it back to me..do yu get that?? the worst customer service ever..and whatever nonsense yu've activated on my number deactivate all that nonsense immediately..
