Airtel — 5Rs are cutting daily
Sir,in my mobile a game has been activated from fun zone site automatically and 5 Rs are cutting daily.I have done this same complain to you 4 days before but till now my problem is not solved.Pls deactivate the game by tonight and prevent cutting of 5 Rs daily.My mobile no. is [protected].

The problem has been started again. Why you are subscribeing me to unwanted things?
i have been loosing 5rs daily and till now its more than 25rs.
Yesterday i make a call to 198 he told to SMS STOP to 121 and i did which was of no use.
please unscribe me from that.

They are doing more than that. They set you a service, no intimation sent, no information that money is being deducted, and they quietly take the money.
Once caught they only refund the money for the last 3 months as they have the records for that period. For any wrong deductions before ...its not their headache.
