Airtel — NON ACTION ON COMPLAINTS BY AIRTEL CUST CARE | |||
Sir, I am Ritesh Kumar Singh using Airtel Prepaid and my No. is [protected]. Recently i received a message that hello tune has been activated on you mobile for which i didn't make any request. When i checked my balance i found that a sum of total Rs. 45/- has been deducted. I contacted customer care executive but did not raect on the issue. I contacted cus -care 3-4 times but they keep holding the phone saying that we are gathering information on the complaints and after 15-20 minutes phone cuts automatically. Airtel is the best mobile company.But their workers are like Customer care officers are thinking that i am CEO or MD of Airtel.Thy didnot know how to talk to their customers. Their socks needed to be pulled up.
