[Resolved] Airtel — Auto deduct of balance without any confirmations | |||
Respected Sir; I am using Airtel ([protected]) prepaid gsm services since more than 5 years. Today I noticed that my mobile balance is Rs: 0.09 Then I called to customer care and asked about this deduction he told me that an auto Gprs plan of Rs 98 has been activated on 3rd Feb 13. I told him that I didnt apply any Gprs plan and I want may balance back he told than we cant refund your balance and then he transferd my call to his seniour department. When I discuss him he told me a reminder sms has been send to your number. I told him that I didnt recieve any sms related to Gprs and whenever your telecom company offers me about Gprs plans for 1GB @ Rs 98 for 30 days they have never mention me about any kind of auto renual system about this pack. He said that he cant help me out... The person I was talking with is Mohan Das from seniour department. (on: 14 Feb 12) Please take some serious actions for this fraud.
